2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing a booking, or accessing member resources, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm you have their authority to do so.
3. Service Description
Kinora provides educational workshops on general family communication skill-building and guided administrative sessions for organising household records. All services are educational or administrative in nature. Nothing Kinora offers constitutes counselling, mediation, legal advice, financial advice, psychological support, or any other regulated professional service. Participants are always encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals and official bodies for matters outside this scope.
Services are available to participants attending in person at our Nonthaburi premises. Online formats may be offered at our discretion; details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Booking and Membership Registration
Session places and membership access are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any membership login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By attending a Kinora session or participating in the Threads Community, you agree to:
- Treat other participants and facilitators with respect at all times.
- Honour the confidentiality norms established at the start of each group session — what is shared in the room stays in the room.
- Refrain from recording sessions without the prior written consent of all participants and Kinora.
- Not use the peer community space to provide personal advice on legal, financial, psychological, or other professional matters.
- Not reproduce or distribute Kinora's Content without prior written permission.
Kinora reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or revoke membership access if these responsibilities are not met, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, printed guides, and digital content produced by Kinora remain the intellectual property of Kinora. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the materials they receive for their own household use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Kinora Content requires prior written consent.
7. Payment and Refunds
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable materials and refreshments as stated in the service description. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for refund or transfer.
Threads Community Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership period has begun. Membership is not renewed automatically.
If Kinora cancels a session, a full refund or free transfer will be offered.
8. Scope Disclaimer
Kinora's services are educational and administrative in nature. We do not provide individual professional advice of any kind. We do not hold ourselves out as counsellors, mediators, lawyers, financial advisers, or healthcare professionals. Nothing said or provided by a Kinora facilitator constitutes professional advice, and participants should not rely on session content as a substitute for qualified professional input relevant to their specific circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinora's liability to you arising from or in connection with these terms and the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific session or membership period in question.
Kinora is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our services or reliance on content provided. This does not limit liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinora, its staff, and its facilitators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your conduct during a session or in the community space.
11. Termination
Either party may end the relationship governed by these terms at any time. If you cancel a session, the refund terms in section 7 apply. If Kinora removes you from a session or revokes membership for breach of these terms, no refund will be provided. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
12. Force Majeure
Kinora will not be liable for failure to deliver a service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will offer a transfer or refund where reasonably practicable.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
14. General Provisions
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinora. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
